Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Fee Structure

KMFSL operates on a success-based fee model for most of our financial recovery services. Our fee structure includes:

  • Initial Consultation Fee: Non-refundable assessment and documentation review fee
  • Processing Fee: Covers case preparation, documentation, and filing charges
  • Success Fee: Percentage of recovered amount, payable only upon successful recovery

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Initial consultation and assessment fees
  • Government filing fees and stamp duties
  • Third-party charges (notary, courier, legal documentation)
  • Fees for services already rendered

2.2 Refundable Scenarios

Partial or full refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of agreement signing (before case initiation)
  • Service non-delivery due to KMFSL's failure to meet contractual obligations
  • Duplicate payment made by error
  • Service cancellation due to proven ineligibility discovered post-payment

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Within 48 hours: 80% refund of processing fees (excluding consultation fee)
  • After 48 hours but before case filing: 50% refund of processing fees
  • After case filing/submission: No refund available

3.2 KMFSL-Initiated Cancellation

If KMFSL cancels the service due to:

  • Inability to provide the service
  • Discovery of misrepresentation by client
  • Regulatory or compliance issues

You will receive a full refund of all processing fees paid, excluding consultation fees and third-party charges already incurred.

4. Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Email your refund request to help@kmfsl.in with your case ID and reason for cancellation
  2. Review Period: Our team will review your request within 7 business days
  3. Approval Notification: You'll receive email confirmation if approved
  4. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days to your original payment method

5. Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
  • Bank processing fees may be deducted from refund amount
  • No refund will be processed for success fees on recovered amounts
  • Cases withdrawn by client after regulatory filing are non-refundable
