Aadhaar Card / Valid Address Proof (Copy)

Passport (Required only for NRI clients)

3. Demat Account Details

Mandatory

Valid DP ID and Client ID

Client Master List (CML) / Demat Statement

Cancelled Cheque linked to Demat Account

4. Additional Documents

If Applicable

Nomination Form / Form ISR-3

Signature Verification from Bank (Form ISR-2)

Power of Attorney (POA), if applying on behalf

Corporate Resolution (For company holdings)
